NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Prologis-Exchange 6175 Franklin Road, LLC is pursuing an Amended Petition for Termination of Use of Land as Burial Ground and for Removal and Reinterment of Remains of Decedents (the “Petition”) in the Chancery Court for Wilson County, Tennessee (Case No. 2023-CV-32), Petitioner seeks to relocate and restore a cemetery at 6175 Franklin Road, Lebanon, Tennessee in Wilson County. Additional information regarding the cemetery is provided in the Petition. The persons believed to be buried in the cemetery are: Richard E. W. Wray (October 25, 1826 to April 11, 1909); Elizabeth Wray (February 14, 1840 to March 31, 1870); Clementine Wray (June 1, 1838 to October 20, 1917); Emma Wray (October 31, 1865 to April 9, 1889); and William H. Wray (June 12, 1867 to September 26, 1895). Petitioner seeks to reinter and restore the graves at a location nearby the current cemetery, but outside of trees and development. The Court entered an Order of Publication that Interested Persons enter an appearance on or before 30 days after the last publication of this Notice and file a response to the Petition, or judgment by default may be taken against them for the relief requested in the Petition. This Notice will be published for four consecutive weeks. A final hearing on the Petition is currently set for July 26, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.
