COMES NOW the Petitioner, ASHLEY ANN GRAYBEAL, hereinafter referred to as  “Mother”, by and through counsel of record, and hereby provides Notice to the Respondent,  Billy Jack Graybeal, of the filing of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decree of  Dissolution of Marriage entered by the Simpson County, Kentucky, on or about May 19, 2014  and Registration of said decree in the Circuit Court of Sumner County, Tennessee at Gallatin. A  Certified Copy of said Order is attached hereto.

THIS NOTICE IS BEING PROVIDED PURSUANT TO TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED § 36-6-229.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

(1) A REGISTERED DETERMINATION IS ENFORCEABLE AS OF THE DATE OF THE REGISTRATION IN THE SAME MANNER AS A DETERMINATION 

ISSUED BY A COURT OF THE STATE

STATE OF TENNESSEE.

(2) A HEARING TO CONTEST THE VALIDITY OF THE REGISTERED  DETERMINATION MUST BE REQUESTED BY YOU WITHIN TWENTY  (20) DAYS AFTER SERVICE OF THIS NOTICE.

(3) FAILURE TO CONTEST THE REGISTRATION WILL RESULT IN  CONFIRMATION OF THE CHILD-CUSTODY DETERMINATION AND  PRECLUDE FURTHER CONTEST OF THAT DETERMINATION WITH  RESPECT TO ANY MATTER THAT COULD HAVE BEEN ASSERTED.

The City of Gallatin is accepting bid proposals to

build and launch a public Wi-Fi network in downtown

Gallatin. Bid packets may be obtained from the Gallatin

City Hall, 132 West Main Street, Room 106, Gallatin,

TN, 37066 or from our website

@https://www.gallatintn.gov/. Bids shall be submitted

no later than September 28th, 2023 at 1:00pm.

Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope

clearly identified “Downtown Public Wi-Fi” with

the due date and time marked on outside of envelope.
