Online ticket sales for the 2023 Wilson County Fair – Tennessee State Fair go on sale Thursday, June 1 at www.wilsoncountytnstatefair.com.
The Fair is scheduled for Aug. 17-26 at the fairgrounds in Lebanon. Tickets are available for the opening night of the fair (including the opening parade) at half price, according to a news release from the Fair.
New competitions for this year’s Fair include grain art, corn eating contest, state honey show, corn everything digital photo contest, husband calling and mom calling.
Other attractions this year include over 100 livestock shows, 15 stages of entertainment, over 60 midway rides, more than 100 concessionaires, more than 100 vendors and commercial booths, motorsports events each night, racing pigs, Travel Tennessee, Best of Tennessee competitions and agricultural education.
