Fairview Middle School will host a Falcon Fun Festival for students on Friday, September 22 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The $10 admission will include drink, two slices of pizza and games. The National Banana Pudding Festival takes place October 7-8 at the Hickman County Ag Pavilion, 979 Grinders Switch Road in Centerville. Highway 96 North
Starting Tuesday, September 5th Road construction will take place on Hwy 96 at the One Church Home entrance (located near Horn Tavern Rd). The widening of the road project on Hwy 96 is expected to take approximately six weeks. Expect reduced lane widths and periodic lane closures throughout the duration of the project.
