White House band members among performers scheduled at Indian Lake show



Members of the White House High School Band are among those performance as jazz groups on Saturday, April 29, 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. at The Streets of Indian Lake, located at 300 Indian Lake Blvd. in Hendersonville.

Radio personality Jeff Shannon will be on hand for the event that is free to the public. Special guests include Roger Ingram, Edward Freytag, Vinnie and the Hitmen and the Nashville Jazz Orchestra.

In addition to the White House band members performing, students from other schools in Sumner County, Davidson County and Wilson County are on the docket to perform as well. Those include performers from Beech High School, Ellis Middle School, Father Ryan High School, Gallatin High School, Hendersonville High School, the Hendersonville High Jazz Choir, Mt. Juliet-West Wilson Middle School, Pope John Paul II High School, Westmoreland High School and Middle School, the Nashville Youth Jazz Ensemble Marvels, Sensations and jazz combos.
